Data validation with drop down from range for certain cells

Hi there,

I am not sure how to solve this.

I want to create over several columns (H-O) a drop down from range (names). But the entry needs to be dependent on the drop down value from column Column "E".

I have a drop down list in Column E with the values (1x, 2x, 2-, 4x, 4-, 4+, 8+) (rowing boats). In each column H-O are the rowers names to be selected from a drop down list from range (Sheet6!G1:G).

If column E =1x, entry should only be possible for column H with a drop down from range

if column E=2x or 2-, entry should only be possible for column H and I with a drop down from range

if column E=4x, 4- or 4+, entry should only be possible for column H, I, J and K with a drop down from range 

if column E=8+, entry should be possible for all columns from H to O with a drop down from range 

Does anyone know how to solve this?
