spreadsheet layman in need of help finding a simple solution to my inventory management

I'm in the process of launching upwards of 10,000 products on amazon. My head is spinning trying to think of a sensible way to list my products, list them accurately, be able to make unique changes to certain product categories. 

here's what I'm trying to accomplish. My inventory file from the distributor comes in this format, i have to reformat it to this format. I was hoping I could just copy needed fields from the distributors file to the amazon upload file but heres the problems i have to overcome.

2 Brands of my products I have to sell at 5% below retail max

I also dont want to list products below a certain price retail like nothing under $50 dollars retail.

Some products from this file I can't sell due to legal issues such as vehicle batteries & Tires

and than last but not least I need a simple way that all of this can be accomplished in a spreadsheet to update my inventory for online sales daily. 

How does someone completely unfamiliar with Spreadsheets accomplish something like this?

Hello!

This is a very good question. I don't sell on Amazon. But I offer automation services for other marketplace sellers in my country. Here are my ideas:

• Firstly, you need to get all the data from your supplier
• Secondly, you need to have a separate sheet with all your SKUs, where there will be additional data for Amazon, but which your supplier does not have. For example, your retail price
• Third, you need to merge these two Sheets
• Fourth, you should filter the data by price and category.

The filter result will be the data set you need.

We also often recommend that clients use Google Apps Script or other automation to eliminate routine work.
