Hi,
I have two sheets that have a common column, ID number. In one of my sheets it has a Y/N column. I want to know how many Id numbers show up on my sheet with N's but I cannot figure out a formula to do that. I tried Array formula and it didn't work.

Why not just sort the column with the Y/N, The N's show up first if you sort A to Z so it should be easy to see the number of N's at that stage.
Perhaps I am missing something here

You can use a formula something like ARRYAFORMULA(COUNTIF(...))
