Date functions question - How old is he?

If I have a cell containing a birth date in the format day/month/year I need a function to show me his age today in years and months. Can someone help?

Can you try out this formula?
=DATEDIF(A1, TODAY(), "Y") & " years and " & DATEDIF(A1, TODAY(), "YM") & " months"
