Hello, Search Educators!
Please join us next week for our latest search education webinar:
Tools for Assessing Authority on the Web, led by Julian Prentice,
MLIS.
Course description:
The web is an open place, with many opportunities for everyone to
publish their content freely. Being critical of what you find on the
Internet has never been more important. Luckily, Google and other
sites offer tools to help you investigate web pages to determine their
authority in the context of your information need. In this hour-long
webinar we cover technical tools and qualitative strategies for
assessing websites you and your students encounter in your search
lives.
