Seattle Search Education Teach-In--Come learn with us at the Google office!

[Google Search Educators]

The new school year is upon us, but before it begins I will be
visiting Seattle to offer a free Web search class (looking at some of
our favorite operators, elements from the left hand panel, and basic
search strategies).

The class is open to teachers, administrators, librarians and all
teaching professionals (but not to students or non-teaching folks—we
give those classes at other times).

It runs from 2-4:30 PM on August 23, 2011, at the Google office in
Seattle.

After the class, you will be able to find information more
effectively, employing new knowledge of some of the most useful
operators and other search-related tools.

**** This class is BYOL--please come with a laptop or other wifi-
enabled device (smartphone, iPad, etc). ****
