Hi,

I would like to run a query on the GSA to retrieve pages/documents
within a particular date range. I have read it is possible to do meta
data filtering, using the "inmeta" instruction. However, I am not too
sure about the name of the meta tag to use for filtering by date:
lastmodified, modified, date etc, or the right syntax (I tried several
combinations but they didn't work).

I am looking at filtering based on the date displayed by the GSA on the
results page.

Thanks,
Seb

Hi

I didn't really test it already, but according to that site :
http://googleenterprise.blogspot.com/2006_11_01_googleenterprise_archive.html
the syntax is :
inmeta:publishdate:daterange:2006-01-01..2006-11-27

Hope it helps

Mike

Hi Seb,

You simply have to add daterange:YYYY-MM-DD.. YYYY-MM-DD to your query.
On http://<your_appliance>/user_help.html#range_search you will find
the needed information. Also be aware of the fact that in some cases
you have to tell the GSA where to find the date (see document dates on
the admin console).
