I think geri meant a OneBox module for the GSA that would launch some
queries against a particular CSE, am I right?

You can use any one, i.e. the GSA-to-GSA OneBox module and modify the
search URL to point it to http://www.google.com/cse?cx=YOURCX&ie=UTF-8&sa=Search&q=YOURSEARCH
