Hi everyone,

Is anyone having problems with the SDC today?

I cannot access my intranet resources!!!

request_user :us...@mydomain.com

request_sdc_agent_domain : mydomain.com

request_url : myIntranetURL

request_service : AppEngine

request_appId : s~myappid

request_requestId : (Id = xxxxxxxxx)

sdc_matched_rule_agentId : myagent

sdc_matched_rule_ruleNum : 23

sdc_routing : SDC

sdc_internet_routing : TO_WOODSTOCK

response_sdc_status : ERROR[6]: Connection error when trying to fetch resource.

Hi Joel,

There was a brief period of unavailability around 11am which was resolved by our oncall engineer by 11:25am. The service should be functioning normally now.
