EMAIL LIMIT

I have been blocked from sending email by Google but am receiving. They claim I have exceeded my limit but I didn't come close to exceeding my send limit yesterday or on any day. I've registered for a trial business app account as a safeguard. There is no customer support and I've tried Captcha and other solutions. Does anyone have any solutions to send to kimb...@talkingeyesmedia.org? I am looking for solutions.
