Cannot connect to Google SDC in all environments

Hi,

We have three different servers in three environments configured to connect to Google SDC.  On all three servers we are getting the following error:

Can someone confirm if there is an outage on Google' s SDC server?  This error is happening since yesterday as of 7:30 pm.

  We are changing the location of some servers. You might need to shut down and reconnect to refresh your DNS / connection.
