SDC service is out again for the recent days

I checked the logs, it seems the server did not receive any of
request. Please resolve the issue and make the service more reliable.
It is urgent.

Thank you for letting us know.  We recently were able to resolve one more issue

with the stability of the service, but it seems there are still a few remaining.  I'm

following up on our end, but please let us know if you are still having problems,
