problem: SDC calls failed due to an "Socket closed" exception.
Our company have branches spread all over the world and we experience problems especially when our branch from HK use the application.
We experience timeout problems few times a day (an average of 8 timeouts). For this we implemented a retry strategy and we manage to deal with this kind of problems.
From time to time, we experience timeout problems that spread over a longer period of time (1 hour+)
This was the situation this morning around 08:00 CET. All our efforts to restart SDC client and unlocking captcha and all related failed.
Can you tell me if there was a problem on SDC tunnels or other related?
All in all, what do you recommend to use or do when such situation arise?
