Hello My name is Luke Park and I am a high school student who is interested in competing for the google science fair in the upcoming year. My partner and I have an interesting project idea that we could not accomplish because the data sets required for our research would have been impossible to get our hands on. However, we have contacted a university and they have granted us access to their research findings. Is this allowed?
