Where to submit my idea for the google science fair

Dear anonymous

I am fully eligible to participate in the google science fair and have an idea I would like to submit however, I do not know where to submit it to. Despite my resilience I have to ask for help as I believe the is only till the 12th of December to submit it. On top of that as my main email is on outlook also where all of my word documents are can I still submit my work to them from a Microsoft account
