Removing old science fair page from 2012

My Google customer would like to remover their personal science fair page but is not allowed because they do not own a/googlesciencefair.com. Please respond with a way I can contact the admin of a/googlesciencefair.com/ so either the customer or I can submit a deletion request for the private information that is stored on the page from 2012.
