Safe Browsing API and other google domains' IP address

Hello !

Is there any possibility of overlap of the Safe Browsing API server IP addresses and other google services IP addresses?
I want to add rule to firewall by IP address(URL bypassing not supported). Wondering if youtube and safebrowsing apis ip address may overlap.

All Google services IP addresses can overlap, so IP address blocking is ineffective (without blocking the all of Google).

If you control your local DNS, you could sinkhole youtube's domains to resolve to different IP addresses (0.0.0.0, or even to a owned IP).
