Need Help Getting Daily Quota Limit Increased Please!!

Put in a request on July 17, 2017. Re-did our request on August 15, 2017. Still have not gotten any movement on our request. Any chance we can get an update?  Should I just re-request this? Did my request get lost in the shuffle? Is there anything you need from us to proceed with approving our daily cap limit increase request?
