Have site marked as safe?

I'd like to know how our site was marked as malicious, since it is a site we buy for a single company to use and used just by that company, there isn't any way that URL could be reported as phishing, as the only people with access to it need access.

Yet it has been blacklisted here.

How do we get it white listed?

Our site is no longer blocked, but we would REALLY like to understand how it was blocked in the first place.

It is not a public site, and is only advertised to those who need access, and all those people are 100% certain none of them reported it.
