Google Safe Browsing API - how to get all fishing sites?

Hello,

Is there a method to get all fishing sites that hosted behind
specified AS number? (page "diagnostic" shows only 2-4 sites, not
all)?

Using Google Safe Browsing API i cannot download full "goog-black-url"
list (even with API key).
But lists "goog-black-hash" and "goog-malware-hash" looks like ok.

to get "goog-black-url" list I'm using following URLs:

http://sb.google.com/safebrowsing/update (this shows current list
versions)
http://sb.google.com/safebrowsing/update?client=api&apikey=MY_API_KEY&version=goog-black-url:1:25401

With API key it refers to 404, page not found. Without API key, it
constantly shows following line:

[goog-black-url 1.25401] +http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/its-a-
trap.html c

I'm also tried to replace version "25401" to "-1", the same result.

What is it mean? Please give any explanation on how to get DOMAINS or
URLs or IPs.

still nothing. Only page with "[goog-black-url 1.25401] +http://
www.mozilla.com/firefox/its-a-
trap.html". Actually i have not found any work examples. And you? Did
you found something regarding this?
