How to integrate safeBrowsing api in android application

Hi, I have planned to implement the safeBrowsing api in my android application, i have gone through the guide, But what i need is my app should be run in background. In my app if it is enable safeBrowing, it should monitor my browser, whether i entered the potentially harmful site. Please anyone guide me to implement.

Please have a look at the SafetyNet Safe Browsing API for use with Android applications. It exposes a simple API where you hand it a URL and it returns the relevant threats.
