'Direct support for recurrences more frequent than daily' TODO item

I've been using this library for about 4 years, thanks!

One of the adaptations we made was an HourlyDateTimeIterator
(extending the Joda compat one) to deal with hourly recurrences (e.g.,
'every two hours between 8 AM and 6 PM'). It's a naive implementation
that loosely brings together our schedule concepts into the library's.

However, we have to make some adjustments -- such as adding by-minute
schedules (e.g., 'every 15 minutes for four times' -- this is a
healthcare application) and I was hopefully intrigued to see the above
TODO on the home page. Any docs/progress on it? Anything I can help
with?
