As the picture below shows,   smarl:s4 is obviously newer and can beat smarl:b5, but smarl:b5 ranks higher because at  it never met the later players such as MultiPandasUW:explt ，who is mush more powerful;

It is unreasonable that smarl:b5 ranks first, I think the Rating should be updated in someway as there are newer and stronger baseline agents;
