Hello.

is it possible to let 2 agents (11 vs 11) play against each other and live output the video in real-time?
or is the video always rendered after the simulation?

Depends on the way of hooking things up together. When you start play_game script for example you can setup 2 agents to play and game renders in real time. You can take 'frame' observations and turn them into a video feed.
