NKS Talk - a Nextcloud Talk client for Android, looking for closed-test testers (test for test)

Hi,

NKS Talk is an Android client for Nextcloud Talk. One thing up front, because it decides whether the app is any use to you: it needs an account on a Nextcloud server that has the Talk app installed. There is no account to sign up for inside it. If you run Nextcloud, or can get an account on one, you can actually use it; if not, joining the test still helps me reach the twelve testers Google asks for, and costs you an install.

What it does: chat with attachments, replies and reactions, audio and video calls, screen sharing, push notifications.

Hi,

Thanks for helping us test Matchble! It takes about 2 minutes. Please do all the steps signed in with the Google account you gave us — using a different account is the number-one reason the test doesn't show up.

1. Join our testers group: open https://groups.google.com/g/beta-test-matchble and tap Join group. This step is required — without it the test won't appear for you.

2. Become a tester: open https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.matchble.app (works on your phone or in a web browser on your computer) and tap Become a tester.

3. Install the app: once you're a tester, open https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.matchble.app on your Android phone and tap Install. If you get a "not found" page, wait a few minutes and reopen it — the tester access is still activating on your account.

4. Use it now and then: open the app a few times over the next two weeks — even a couple of minutes each time is enough. That regular, real use is exactly what Google needs to see so we can launch.

If you don't see the tester option or you land on the normal public version, it's almost always the wrong Google account or a missed group step — just re-check step 1 with the right account.

Hi,

straight swap from my side. I test back and keep apps installed and opened for the full 14 days, so far Malaysia Calendar & Cuti Planner, KA Store and longa.juego.

zweitaps is a calorie diary with a German interface, Android only, and the closed test is open worldwide.

→ 1. join the group https://groups.google.com/g/zweitaps-tester

→ 2. open https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.zweitaps.app and tap "Become a tester"

→ 3. only after that this works https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.zweitaps.app

Step 2 is the one people miss. Without it step 3 shows a plain not-found page, which is what "app not available" means here.

Reply here once you are in and I do yours the same day.
