If the application page appears blank or says "not available," it is usually due to one of two common Google Play testing reasons:
Google Account Mismatch: Please make sure that the Gmail address you gave me matches the primary account currently active in your Google Play Store app. You can check this by opening the Play Store app on your phone and tapping your profile picture in the top-right corner. If you have multiple accounts logged in, it might be trying to open the link with the wrong one.
Google's Review Process: Since this is a brand new update, Google might still be processing the release on their end. Sometimes it takes a few hours for the download button to become fully active for testers after a new version is uploaded.
