Why does this project still use legacy (org.mortbay.jetty) version of jetty?

Since the release of jetty version 7 in 2009, the core components of Jetty have been moved to Eclipse.org under packaging org.eclipse.jetty

Then why does this project still use legacy (org.mortbay.jetty) version of jetty as its dependency?
