InnodbAsyncIo on mysql 4.1.21

Hello all,

I'm using mysql in a production environnement and some of the "google" features seems to be attractive to us.

I've tried to make the feature InnodbAsyncIo available on mysql 4.1.21 .
The patch is attached to this mail.
It has been compiled and partially tested on linux 2.6.

Any comments, bug fixes and so welcome.
