Some additions: infoOnClick

Hi.

Made some modifications for a project we were working on, added the
ability for infoOnClick - when clicking on the cluster, to show an
info window with the info from all markers in the cluster. It plays
nice with click on zoom functionality. You set a threshold, and once
you are at that zoom level, infoOnClick will take over.

Anyhow, looking into meeting the conditions listed here:
