Scrolling in InfoBox on iPad

In some of my InfoBoxes I display images which exceed the dimensions
of the InfoBox. In PC based browsers you see scroll bars which allow
you to pan through the image. On an iPad, you see the image, but
attempts to move the image cause the map to be moved instead.

If I use the standard InfoWindow, the image scrolls as expected on all
browsers. I suspect that this all relates to events being propagated
to the map instead of being handled by the InfoBox. Here's a link to

Is there anyway to make this work?

Have you tried using a 2-finger swipe to scroll the image on an iPad?
