Introducing MarkerClustererPlus

I have just posted an enhanced version of MarkerClusterer that I call
MarkerClustererPlus. You can find it at:

I am calling this initial release "v2.0" to distinguish it from the
v1.0 release of MarkerClusterer. MarkerClustererPlus is backward
compatible with MarkerClusterer so if your code currently uses
MarkerClusterer it should work with MarkerClustererPlus.

From the source code:

v2.0 release: MarkerClustererPlus v2.0 is backward compatible with
MarkerClusterer v1.0. It adds support for the ignoreHidden, title,
printable, batchSizeIE, and calculator properties as well as support
for four more events. It also allows greater control over the styling
of the text that appears on the cluster marker. The documentation has
been significantly improved and the overall code has been simplified
and polished. Very large numbers of markers can now be managed without
causing Javascript timeout errors on Internet Explorer.

Hi Gary,

I'm just wondering - why didn't you make these improvements to MarkerClusterer itself? I'm not looking forward to the confusion generated by this new library.
