Query a fusion table using a kml ID

Good morning.  I am working on a project where a fusion table will be edited independent of my kml data.  When a user clicks a kml feature I'd like to query info from the fusion table as referenced by the feature's id number.

At this point I have set things up so that if one clicks on a kml feature, the feature's id number is displayed in the sidebar.

Using this id number I would like to display other data from the fusion table.  This ID number is equal to the row in the fusion table.  The fusion tables ID# is 1808363
