Updating map with field collected data

I am running a mosquito control operation against a mosquito that transmits dengue. The most important aspect of the control is mapping where and when the mosquito has been found. I am currently using fusion tables to create simple point maps of all finds. An example of one of the maps can be found on my Website.  I really want the map to be updated with field collected GPS coordinates but do not know if any applications exist to collect field data in this way. I am looking for something for use on a Blackberry, Iphone or Android.
