Using Fusion Table Layers API to display users

I am working on a site currently which has the potential to have a large user base.  We are considering making it possible for the users, after they have logged in, to allow us to show their location on a google map.  Is it possible to dynamically create a kml file for each user's location and then pull all of the information out of those files and display it on one map.
