Can Google map api provide an URL for a given lat,lng of source location and destination location ?

Hi All,

I want to use Google Map Api for mobile application. I do't want to
use the JavaScript Google Map API.
Is google Map API providing any services (API) by which we can get the
Google map on the Jsp page without using the javaScript at all.
Can Google map API give an URL
for the given lat,lng of the source location and the destination
location?

Maybe the Static Maps API?

But read the terms very carefully, to check you are allowed to use it
for your particular application.

If you want to use a Map API, but don't want to use the javascript or
static APIs, I think that only leaves the Flash API
