Google Maps Terms of Use

Does a website like

"http://distancecalculator.globefeed.com/India_Distance_Result.asp?
fromplace=Pune (Maharashtra)&toplace=New Delhi
(Delhi)&fromlat=18.5333333&tolat=28.6&fromlng=73.8666667&tolng=77.2"

violate the terms and condition of the google maps API, as all this
data might be coming from the apis., and there is no other content,
atleast for the time being, does it comply with Google Maps API Terms
of service?

It's showing the result on a Google Map ; what do you think the
problem might be?

Its only showing data from google maps, with no contents of its own, as the terms of Service refer to as Your Content and The Content seperately, is that fine?
