Can we use the lite HTML editor google using in InfoWindow?

I am making my own version of map maker and I have a doubt,
Can any one please tell me if there a way to use that small HTML/Rich text editor google has in InfoWindow while making maps on maps.google.com?

The Google closure library http://code.google.com/closure/library/  is used by many of the google applications, I would expect the map maker editor has been built using it
I haven't used it myself (yet)
