Center Scale and Zoom Google Map from markers in KML Overlay

Hi,

is it possible to automatically centre scale and zoom a Google map based on the marker data in a KML overlay layer?

KmlLayer automatically centers and zooms the map for the content in
the kml unless you tell it not to.

Perhaps you could provide a link to the map (as requested in the
posting guidelines) that shows where you are trying to do that and it
isn't working.
