Hello,

We have recently launched our site, and use css3's transform: rotate() a lot. About 3/4th's down our page we have a div rotated 45 degrees, and inside that we have a google map counter-rotated 45 degrees.

We have tested that it works for on:
Mac with recent versions of Chrome, Firefox and Safari
PC with Firefox, and IE9.
As well as mobile Safari.

With Google Chrome 15 on Windows 7 we see it rendered very fuzzy, and without tiles of the map loaded, as seen in the attached image. The waist_snippet.js file has all of the code related to the google map.

the site is live at http://kvsstudio.com

please help, thanks!

It would be really useful if you could assist us with the following:
  • Please create a simple standalone page that shows a map with CSS rotation applied. Post a link to that page.
  • Provide a screenshot of what it's meant to look like (e.g. in other browsers)
Thanks

Enoch

Thank you for your attention to this matter. We were unable to replicate the problem with it standing on its own, so we continued to work on fixing it on our page. Still not having much luck, Chrome 16 rolled out and seems to have fixed the problem entirely.

thanks for your time,
