I’d be looking to set the height of the polygon above ground level ?
Do you have any controls over the height of the polygon?

Are you referring to the 2D Maps API, or the 3D Earth Plugin API?

With the Maps API, you can set a z-index of a polygon, which allows you to overlap several overlays (markers, polylines, polygons) and control which one is visible or on top.  But since it's 2-dimensional, you can't control the actual height (because there is no height).

With the Earth Plugin API you can configure an item to be at a specific height above the ground.
