Issue 1702 - Wrong LatLng on mobile devices

Hi,

i'm referring to an existing issue:

On my mobile device (iPad 4.3.3), i can reproduce this issue.

I've have developed an application, which uses the click event on the
map to
check if the event location is inside a polygon (Point-Polygon-
Problem).
So i can make polygons clickable for touch events.

My Question now is:
- Does anybody know a workaround for this issue.
- Optional: Is there another way to make polygons react to touchevents
on iOS mobile devices.
