Bottom of streetview images blurred??? Have I Done something wrong???

Good day

I would just like to know if there is a general problem when switching to streetview
because the bottom third of the tiles on my streetviews are all blurry and I don't
think it's corrupt or damaged google tiles so I can only assume I've done something
wrong does anyone have any solutions or suggestions.

These are a few examples. I've got a streetview to google map toggle going on
but what I noticed is even if I use the little streetview man to go to my marked
location I still get the blurry effect at the bottom of the image tile so again
have I done something wrong?

I think it's an artefact from how Google construct the image and the
images they construct it from. Version 2 does exactly the same thing
(try http://www.acleach.me.uk/gmaps/streetview-infow2.htm and enter
location -26.081247,27.9977721) and I guess they haven't changed the
image-capture technology much.
