Seeking: Google Maps Developer

Hello,

I am presently looking for a Gmaps (Google maps) developer who is
capable of making a web application for a reasonable price.

The application must do the following:
- Admin can import an excel file of addresses, and add pin points to
the map.

- User can enter their location, and a radius in which the map will
search, and query the results of the pin point locations.

- Radius must be preset to 5KM, 10KM, or 20KM.
