Shortest path algorithm

Hello

I'm developing routing algorithm based on Shortest path

I was using DIJKSTRA Algorithm but it seems to be bidirectional , it
doesn't take directions into its considerations

Any route can go to any route

But i want an algorithm that take directions into consideration


?Any suggestions
