information about roads

I'm going to use some probability tools (like Markov chain) to guess (as much as possible) the user future position base on current position.

I've much information about my user to do that, and I want some information about the road from google (around current position).

For example, I know that my user is driving on road A, B or C only. and if I'm looking at the map I can see that from A you can reach to C only if you go through B. so I can guess the next user's position after A is B. But I need to know that information (about the roads).

.From the api I want this information, please let me know if I there is such an option

• Turns (around a coordinate).
• Size of the road (remote road, or a popular road).
• Urban or an intercity highway.
• Traffic
• Traffic signs (speed permitted, direction permitted, vehicles allowed, etc).
