How to let users add their location

Hi, I want to how, When users are registering to my system using a
form let them chose where they are live in using as a option
they can click on a map and pass their location data into a database
after sign up I want show a map of their location in profile page.
And want to show all users location in a single map too.
Are their any guide or tutorial I can use php and mysql..
