Text Label in Rectangle

Hello:

I am placing several rectangles on a map and would like to label each
rectangle from its records title. Can I do this by specifying the
title inside the rectangle options or must I create a separate marker
and label the rectangle in that manner.

I wish to label each.

There is no "title" option for a Rectangle or a Polygon.

Thanks for the super fast reply :-)

Your link is what I was thinking.

I might try to make it a custom marker, something that will contain
the dynamic text.

I saw a couple examples out there.
