Droping pin on Kosovo nothing happens [geocoding]

When I drop a pin in Kosovo nothing happens, anyone know why?

Reverse geocoding returns "ZERO_RESULTS" so I guess it can't be done
in that area. It's not available everywhere. If you click the marker
you drop you can enter the details yourself.
