need Help. about Google Maps Api v3 making polygon

anybody knows how to make a polygon with this?

If you want to make a polygon out of the markers shown, you would need
access to the location data for those markers. Do you want a single
polygon that encloses them all? "Convex hull" algorithm is used for
that.

It's a picture. Can't make a polygon out of that.
