dynamic circle in gmap api v3

[api developer]

I want to develop a dynamic google map cricle with different color
which will come from database. As per the rating provide by the user
the circle will come and with crating color. Suppose I have rated one
user 7 and the color for 7 number is #000000. Now if i visit the map
it show the circle with color but remember no marker will be there .I
am developing it using php and mysql. So please snd me the code to
implement this one.

This is no group where you can order code for free.
If you'd really find a company that makes money out of that, please
don't forget to share it.

hey dear i have mentioned that no marker image or drag option willbe there.it will be static after placing the circle inside the map. help me to do this.
